There is a pair of screw on earrings, a nice pendant with chain and a ring that is adjustable. All the metal is marked Sterling. Each opal is surrounded by little rhinestones in the setting. There is very nice fire to all the pieces and they look just great. Both the ring and pendant are marked MARTELLI in addition to the Sterling mark. Starting these cheap and letting them go.
